4. Account & credits

You may sign in with Google or with an email address and password you register on the Service. Credits are granted upon successful subscription payment and reset monthly. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or underlying AI models
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Circumvent any billing, rate-limiting, or access controls

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if these rules are violated.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and display that content solely to provide the Service. liminalshort's brand, interface, and code remain our property.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) on liminalshort.org to measure how the site is used—for example, which pages people visit and how traffic changes over time. Google may process data such as IP address, device information, and cookies as described in Google's Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge this measurement. The Service relies on third-party providers including KIE.ai (image/video generation), Fish Audio (voice synthesis), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and Google Analytics (site usage measurement). Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those components.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations or be error-free. AI model availability may change without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liminalshort shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
